The Early Days
Our story began a decade ago when we, a husband and wife, opened our first café in the charming yet traditionally rooted city of Florence. Our vision was to provide a modern café experience that served clean, healthy, and nourishing food, capable of energizing and providing solace in today’s fast-paced lifestyle.
Since those early days, we have grown and expanded, and now proudly operate five cafes throughout the city. From the very beginning, sustainability has held a special place in our hearts. We have obtained green certification for all our stores, ensuring that we use only eco-conscious materials for our to-go packaging. Additionally, we offer Shake Café reusable cups and water bottles, eligible for discounts and refills, promoting a more sustainable approach to enjoying our beverages.
Quality and Freshness
With a commitment to quality and freshness, we personally visit the local fruit and vegetable market, carefully selecting seasonal and organic produce whenever possible. We take great pride in making the majority of items on our menu in-house, including breads, bagels, banana bread, granola, and nut butter. This dedication allows us to offer homemade creations of the highest standard, tailored to satisfy the tastes and preferences of our valued customers.
Throughout our journey, our passion for delivering an exceptional culinary experience, coupled with our dedication to environmental consciousness and promoting a healthy diet, has propelled us forward.
